What's involved?
We're looking for a Tenancy Manager with substantial experience in either the Build to Rent or Lettings industry, coupled with demonstrated team leadership skills. Key responsibilities for this role include managing all lease-related inquiries, maintaining accurate ledgers, overseeing debt recovery, and administering associated tasks such as utilities, council tax, notices, make-ready processes, and dilapidations across the entire estate.
