Job Description - Tenant Liaison Officer

Dandara Living is recruiting for an experienced Tenant Liaision officer to join the site of of our remedial works project in Manchester.
About the role
Reporting to the Client Liaison & Contracts Manager this role will assist the Legacy team with project programming and delivery through direct contact with leaseholders and residents as a LRLO, as well as managing robust document control processes across all Legacy Sites.
Working Patterns
Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays)
08:00 – 17:30
Main duties & responsibilities:
Liaise with Contracts Manager and Client Liaison Manager to develop and deliver the working programme, arranging access and co-ordinating works in occupied apartments and common areas

Assist with resident relocation to temporary accommodation

Implement and develop the access protocol with the Client Liaison Manager

Attend weekly/monthly progress meetings both in person and via video

Regularly update continuous improvement plans

Regularly update and review all relevant trackers i.e. apartment lease tracker/ resident query communication tracker - gather regular site progress updates, monitor key dates and milestones and report to the wider team

Control document storage on Asite to maintain 100% compliance across all sites

Follow reporting and escalation processes for any site issues/complaints to ensure they can be actioned by the Client Liaison Manager, to be developed by the Client Liaison Manager

Complete letter drops, phone calls, welfare checks and consider generally the needs of the residents - ensuring clear communication plans are delivered

Arrange for protection of all surfaces prior to site work to minimise complaints over builders' mess with the site management team.

Attend formal handover meetings and address any actions identified in a timely manner

Manage and mitigate risk by carrying out regular checks i.e. automated systems, passenger lifts, automated doors, fire alarms, smoke detection heads - reporting any risks immediately.

What you will have:
Desired
Fire stopping experience
Essential
Extensive industry experience
UK valid driving license is required as you may be asked to travel between sites
Construction qualification or equivalent site experience
Knowledge / experience / proficiency with Asite or similar document control & QA system
Experience working within live environments, ideally tenanted residential buildings.
Good knowledge of Health and Safety and CDM requirements
