Tenant Service Administrator

Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company who is seeking an Administrator to join their Tenant services department based in Hull.

This role would be a dream fit for somebody who is highly motivated with strong communication skills!

Key Responsibilities:

• Arranging repairs, maintenance & refurbishments
• Carrying out property visits with a property manager
• Regular contact with tenants & landlords to solve queries
• Preparation of reports

Personal Requirements:

• Ideally experience in property environment or a call handling role
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Good IT proficiency

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730 with an hour for lunch

Salary: £25,000
