Tenant Vetting Officer

Our client, who are leaders in their field are keen to recruit a Vetting Officer to chase and gather information from prospective tenants. The successful candidate will preferably have experience in the property arena, particularly following up with tenants to ensure that all documentation is in place before the tenancy commences.

Duties:

• Gathering, chasing and vetting application documents
• Clarifying the process with prospective tenants via phone and email
• Ensuring all documentation is in place and compliant with all legal requirements
• Point of contact for queries and assisting with or escalating any issues that may arise
• General administrative support

Skills / Experience

• Keen eye for detail
• Experience in a property setting advantageous but not essential
• Good at working to timeframes and prioritising workload
• Strong software skills

Salary £20-22k per annum
