Tender and Contracts Lead Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
Managing and maintaining accurate pricing files and contract records to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Overseeing tender submissions, including preparing documentation and managing tender portals for timely and compliant submissions. Analysing pricing strategies, contract terms, and tender data to support informed decision-making by senior management. Ensuring all activities adhere to SOPs, internal policies, and regulatory standards within a highly regulated environment. Collaborating with sales teams, external stakeholders, and internal departments to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement. Interpreting complex data sets and presenting insights to support strategic business initiatives. Assisting in system enhancements to optimise pricing and contract management workflows. Tender and Contracts Lead Experience Essentials
Proven experience in contracts, pricing, tender management, or sales operations within healthcare or pharmaceuticals. Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or other pricing management systems is advantageous. Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret large datasets and prepare detailed reports. Strong understanding of contract administration, tender processes, and compliance standards. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately. Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders. Ability to solve problems proactively and identify process improvement opportunities. Location
