Role: Tender Manager

* Support and coordinate pre-qualification, bid management, and tender submission activities, ensuring high-quality and compliant proposals.

* Develop and manage bid schedules, key deliverables, and submission requirements to meet customer deadlines.

* Lead bid collaboration activities, engaging stakeholders across Cyclife, subsidiary companies, and the wider supply chain.

* Identify, brief, and manage Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other contributors, ensuring timely and effective input throughout the bid process.

* Oversee the development and review of bid responses, driving high-quality submissions that maximise scoring opportunities.

* Facilitate tender submissions through the Cyclife Governance Process, ensuring all approvals and compliance requirements are met.

Training and Qualifications:

Exemplary Bid Project Management Record - Essential

Commercial Understanding/Experience- Essential

Degree or Equivilant - Essential

10 years + in nuclear sector (or similar highly regulated industry) - Essential
