Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business as they recruit for an ER Advisor opportunity.
Term time ER Advisor
Nottingham based – travel across Nottingham and Grantham
Up to £31k – take home
Term time – 37 hours a week

As the ER Advisor, you will provide a professional, high quality and timely advisory service. Supporting leaders with cases and operate as the first point of contact on everything ER related.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Providing case management advice and guidance with the use of people policies and procedures to met best practise standards.
- Actively work with senior leaders across the business to resolve case management issues, up and including dismissal.
- Using the HR System to effectively extract data to provide information in relation to people matters to stakeholders.
- Overseeing and advising on absence, disciplinary, grievances and performance management policy and practise.
We are looking for:
- Proven experience managing high volumes of ER casework.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified.
- Strong experience providing advice and guidance to managers and leaders on ER related matters.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Proven communicator, both written and verbal.
