Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and coordinating interviews.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to staff and management.
Handle confidential employee queries with discretion and professionalism.
Support payroll processes by providing accurate employee data.
Contribute to staff wellbeing initiatives and engagement activities.Profile

A successful Term Time HR Assistant professional should have:

Previous experience in a human resources role, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
A solid understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
