Role Summary
The Terminal Management Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational management of payment terminals and associated services across UKPR. The role ensures efficient handling of technical issues, order fulfilment, logistics coordination, and service delivery in line with agreed SLAs.
This position acts as a key liaison between internal teams, service providers, and logistics partners, ensuring high service standards and timely resolution of issues.

Working hours: 37.5
Working location: Hybrid, Hull
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide support and resolve terminal-related issues in line with SLAs
· Manage terminal and accessory orders, ensuring timely fulfilment and accurate tracking
· Act as a escalation point for internal teams and coordinate with third parties
· Conduct ad-hoc investigations into complex or recurring issues
· Handle device returns and RMA processes, including tracking and vendor coordination
· Support supply chain movements, including dispatch, delivery, and asset movement
· Investigate and resolve failed deliveries and return-to-sender (RTS) cases
· Maintain accurate records and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
· Investigate and handle 12 month forecast and stock levels
· Manage and maintain active sim card deployments
· ADHOC projects linked to role
About You:
· At least 2 years of experience in a supply chain role with a heavy focus on admin
· Ideal candidate would have CIPS level 3 (ideal)
· Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
· Familiar with working to SLAs and using ticketing or case management systems
· Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with a logical mindset
· Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
· Customer-focused with a proactive, solution-driven approach
· Able to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
· Experience with payment terminals or similar hardware is desirable
