About the Role

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teachers and fellow support staff to provide essential support to students across a range of subjects and year groups. This role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including:

• 
  In-Class Support: Assisting teachers with lesson delivery, supporting individual students, and managing group activities.


• 
  Pastoral Care: Providing guidance and encouragement to students, promoting positive behavior, and fostering a supportive learning environment.


• 
  Administrative Duties: Maintaining student records, preparing resources, and assisting with assessments and reports.
