About the Role:
As a TBM, you'll be at the forefront of managing key accounts within your territory, driving business growth and making a positive impact on patient lives. You'll lead local account planning efforts, collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with our brand vision. Your focus will be on maximizing business potential through targeted engagement channels while ensuring formulary access and guideline positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive territory business plan.
Achieve sales and new patient start targets through various customer interactions.
Build and maintain deep expertise in our therapeutic area and competitor landscape.
Foster lasting relationships with healthcare professionals to support their capabilities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams for optimal business outcomes.
Uphold high standards of integrity and compliance at all times.
Essential Skills:
Drive to excel in a competitive environment.
Proven ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to cultivate relationships and engage diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in key capabilities such as in-call selling and business planning.
Demonstrated personal accountability, flexibility, and a winning mindset.
ABPI qualification and a valid UK driving license.
