Nolan Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client for a Territory Sales Executive/Account Manager based in Colchester.

This is a telephone-based role responsible for managing and developing customer relationships across the South and South West of the UK. You will work with existing customers, re-engage lapsed accounts, generate new business opportunities and support customers as they approach the end of their current agreements.

Key Duties

* Manage and develop relationships with existing customers.

* Contact lapsed customers to rebuild relationships and identify opportunities.

* Generate new business through proactive outbound calling.

* Support customers nearing the end of their current agreements and discuss future requirements.

* Build a strong understanding of customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

* Maintain accurate records using the CRM system.

* Achieve sales, retention and activity targets.

* Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Retention or a similar role.

* Strong telephone communication and relationship-building skills.

* Confident and professional approach to customer engagement.

* Self-motivated, organised and target-driven.

* Experience using CRM systems would be advantageous.
