Territory Sales Manager – Concrete - Greenwich, London

What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned customer base
• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy aligned with business goals
• Manage and grow existing accounts, while actively seeking new business opportunities
• Deliver structured call cycles using face-to-face and digital channels (including video calls)
• Prepare quotes, tenders, and proposals to win and retain business
• Upsell and cross-sell value-added products and services
• Build long-term commercial relationships with key customers
• Collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure smooth product delivery
• Monitor and track sales performance metrics, forecasts, and budgets
• Use market insight and data (including ABI) to identify new opportunities
• Ensure all customer interactions and data are accurately recorded in CRM systems
• Respond to customer queries promptly and deliver an excellent customer experience
• Review Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and drive continuous service improvement

Key Responsibilities & Performance Measures

You will have accountability for:

• Revenue, sales volume and market share growth
• RCO and PGM profitability across your portfolio
• Query resolution and % revenue in query
• Cash collection and outstanding balances
• Customer engagement levels (digital & face-to-face)
• Complaint management and service excellence

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development in Concrete (construction or building materials sector preferred)
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing accounts and winning new business
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities effectively
• Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong organisational skills
