Territory Sales Manager (Middle East)

Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Territory Sales Manager on behalf of a client based in Chesterfield.

As Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across your assigned territory by developing both new and existing customer relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing and growing sales throughout the EMIR territory.

* Developing strategic relationships with EPC contractors, end users, distributors and engineering consultancies.

* Identifying and converting new business opportunities.

* Managing the complete sales cycle from initial enquiry through to quotation, negotiation and order.

* Delivering technical product presentations and commercial proposals.

* Providing customers with application advice and technical guidance in collaboration with internal engineering teams.

* Preparing sales forecasts, territory plans and pipeline reports.

* Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer activity.

* Representing the business at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.

* Monitoring competitor activity and identifying market trends to maximise business opportunities.

* Working closely with service, engineering and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and excellent

Requirements

* Proven experience in technical B2B sales or business development.

* Experience managing an international sales territory.

* Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

* Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

* Ability to build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

* Excellent organisational and time management skills.

* Full UK driving licence.

* Willingness to travel extensively throughout the EMIR territory, including frequent international travel and overnight stays
