Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in the engineering or industrial sectors? Are you commercially driven and ready to take full ownership of a sales territory?

Flowtech is looking for a motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic team, managing the Munster region. This is a key field-based role with the responsibility to grow sales, build strong customer relationships, and deliver consistent commercial performance.

The Role

• Manage and develop a portfolio of customers across the Munster territory

• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into profitable sales

• Act as the first point of contact for all customer needs within your region

• Execute the regional sales strategy through face-to-face client engagement

• Monitor pricing and quotations to ensure commercial value is delivered

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive customer success

• Represent the business at trade shows and through marketing activities

• Continuously develop your skills and knowledge through training and feedback

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success working in the engineering or industrial sector (nice but not essential)

• Strong commercial awareness and customer focus

• Ability to work independently and manage a geographic territory

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Full, clean driving licence (essential for field-based work)

• High energy, results-driven, and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
