Major Job Functions:
Sales Dealer Revenue Targets. Increasing after-market revenue through Parts and Service sales and increasing Sales through selling the Prime machine product.
Development and execution of a conquest customer strategy that increases the Retail & Small Core customer footprint by 25% YOY (Year-on-Year) (circa 150+ customer growth) in line with the Retail & Small Core strategy and development of a complete sales pipeline that identifies, develops and captures new customer data and relationships.
Creation and implementation of a customer contact strategy that ensures a consistent approach and schedule for existing and conquest customers within a given geographical location. Development of lost sales data that drives market insights that inform the Retail & Small Core Go to Market Strategy.
Sales Execution & Insight. Adherence to the Finning system and reporting expectations in line with Sales link & Genesys. To capture and develop an understanding of our competitor activity and go-to-market offers that provide insights and information that will help to define our Prime and Aftermarket offers for the Retail & Small Core customers.

Remote territory management

Education & Experience:
Educated to ‘A’ level or equivalent
Extensive experience in managing customers in a remote geographical area
Have at least 5 years experience of working in a Sales role
Experience in selling value propositions face-to-face
Successful selling career with a premium product (essential).
Previous experience of dealing with and selling CAT products (desirable)
Sales qualification in either negotiation and or sales management
