As a Test Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and administering language tests in English for our clients. This includes developing test questions, evaluating test results, and providing feedback to clients and test-takers. Responsibilities:

- Develop and design language tests in English for different proficiency levels

- Administer tests to individual test-takers or groups

- Evaluate test results and provide detailed feedback to clients and test-takers

- Continuously review and improve test content and methodology

- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure the highest quality of tests

- Use technology and software to create and deliver tests remotely

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Linguistics, Education, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in language testing and assessment

- Familiarity with different proficiency scales and assessment methodologies

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in scoring and evaluating tests

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in using technology and software for remote testing

- Proven dedication and commitment to providing high-quality service to clients and test-takers
