Test and Assembly Technician Duties

• Assemble complex mechanical and hydraulic systems to engineering specifications
• Conduct end-of-line testing to ensure system performance and reliability
• Work from detailed build plans while maintaining exceptional quality standards
• Support productivity through task prioritisation and planning
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality investigations
• Share knowledge and assist in developing the wider team

Test and Assembly Technician Profile

• Previous mechanical assembly experience (ideally with gearboxes, axles, or powertrain systems)
• Skilled in using measurement tools such as verniers and micrometers
• Able to manage time effectively and work to tight deadlines
• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety standards
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and support others
