Test and Development Technician

We are looking for a highly motivated Test and Development Technician to join one of the UK's most respected high performance transmission manufacturers to work on cutting-edge automotive technologies at their state of the art testing facility in Leamington Spa.

The ideal candidate will hold strong Mechanical and Electrical skills from an Automotive, Motorsport or Aerospace background and as a Test and Development Technician, have very strong problem solving skills.

The Test and Development Technician will be responsible for the preparation and install of test components alongside their maintenance and operation.

Required Test and Development Technician Experience:

* Strong mechanical fitting skills
* Lathe, Milling machine, Pillar Drill experience
* Full UK Driving licence
* Lifting and Slinging experience
* 5+ Automotive, Motorsport or Aerospace Industry experience
* Operation experience of test rigs

You will be a Health and Safety minded, computer literate Test and Development Technician who is proactive and adaptable and be capable of working cross functionally to deliver test programs on times.
