Test & Integration Manager – London

We are recruiting for a Test & Integration Manager job on behalf of a leading engineering organisation, with the role based in London. This is a high-impact job focused on the industrialisation, testing, and manufacturing integration of complex electro-optical and hardware systems.

Based in London, this job will see you working at the interface of R&D, optical engineering, production, and quality to ensure advanced products are fully validated and ready for scalable manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities for the Test & Integration Manager job:

* Lead test integration and industrialisation of electro-optical systems and photonics-based products.

* Design and deploy automated test systems and production test benches.

* Drive NPI activities from prototype through to production release.

* Manage CAPEX, test equipment, and manufacturing test infrastructure.

* Improve manufacturing KPIs including yield, throughput, and reliability.

* Lead PFMEA, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

* Manage and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Requirements for the Test & Integration Manager job:

* Experience with optical communications, photonics, or electronic hardware systems.

* Background in production test environments and automated test solutions.

* Hands-on use of LabVIEW, TestStand, or Python for hardware testing.

* Proven delivery of NPI into high-precision manufacturing environments.
