Salary: £35k-£40k

Hours: Monday–Friday, Full-Time

Our market leading client is seeking a proactive Test Engineer to work at their facility in Great Dunmow. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, be organised and willing to take on instruction.

Test Engineer Responsibilities:

• Assist in the set up and execution of EMC testing for electronic systems and components
• Operate specilaised test instrumentation
• Document test results, measurements and observations with precision and adherence to reporting standards
• Prepare, configure and maintain laboratory test set-up's, equipment and environmental conditions in alignment with test requirements
• Adhere to internal protocols and contribute to marinating a clean and safe organised laboratory environment
• Provide on site testing support at customer locations as needed
• Supervise and provide training to trainee engineers
• Carry out internal audits in accordance with audit schedule

Desirable Experience:

• Prior experience in electrical or electronic engineering is advantageous
• Solid foundational education, including GCSE's or equivalent in English, Math's and Science subjects
• Demonstrated experience performing Electromagnetic Computability testing in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025
