The Job You’ll Do:

* Preparation of 2D engineering drawings for both customer review and subsequent manufacturing.

* Assist with the preparation of test documentation and test reports.

* Maintenance of internal QA systems such as equipment calibration.

* Participate in product testing programmes alongside other test personnel.

* Maintain accurate project records and provide clear internal progress updates where required.

About You:

* Recognised engineering apprenticeship, or equivalent experience, in a mechanical engineering discipline.

* Ideally qualified ONC/HNC or better.

* Experienced in an engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, or technical environment is preferred.

* Ability to read and produce technical drawings and other similar documents.

* Working knowledge of applicable engineering standards and safe working practices.

* Competence with standard office software (Microsoft Office), in particular, engineering drafting software (AutoCAD preferred).

* Clear written and verbal communication.

* Good organisation and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Practical, safety-focused, and improvement-minded approach
