Job Description:

We are looking for a meticulous and technically proficient Test Engineer to design, implement, and maintain testing protocols for our products. As a Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Oversee customer Factory Acceptance Tests, liaising with clients.
Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and design appropriate test strategies.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of test processes, results, and defects.
Analise test results and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Utilize various testing tools and methodologies to ensure robust testing coverage.
Carry out equipment calibration, PAT testing and maintenance work on test equipment as required.
Continuously research and implement best practices in testing and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

HND / Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent).
Proven experience as a Test Engineer or similar role for a minimum of three years.
Knowledge of UPS desirable.
The ability to read circuit diagrams and fault find to component level.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of MS Office.
UK Driving licence essential
