Workshop Based, Commutable from Northamptonshire, Wellingborough, Coventry and surrounding areas

Are you an aspiring Test Engineer, or with some experience looking to further your career with brilliant technical mentorship from the current Test Lead, where you will work towards becoming a task expert, all whilst having a great work life balance within a industry renowned global manufacturer?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly technical team with the vision of progressing into a lead position and become a go to specialist, through excellent training and support all whilst overseeing exciting projects and having a crucial impact on their success.

This role will suit someone who has any Test, Validation, Quality or similar experience looking to be heavily invested in through expert training all whilst having a great work life balance?

The Role:
*Conducting a series of tests to ensure products are manufactured to specific industry standards
*Working with key stakeholders to ensure products are delivered on time and to specification
*Full Technical training and mentorship to become a go to expert

The Person:
*Looking to become a fully fledged Test Engineer
*Previous experience in a manufacturing setting
