Job Description - Test Technician

Test Technician
Are you a Test Technician eager to expand your knowledge and understand how machinery works? Do you have a keen interest in working with state-of-the-art equipment? If so, our client, a UK-based company specializing in the design and manufacture of custom mechanical equipment for various industries, is seeking an experienced Test Technician to join their team.
Test Technician
Requirements:

Formal engineering qualification
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel
Strong understanding of automated equipment and machinery
Previous experience in formal testing
Knowledge of production lines
Experience in commissioning machinery
Hands-on experience with equipment testing on automated machinery

Test Technician
Salary and Benefits:

A competitive base salary of up to £35,000, depending on experience.

Test Technician
Responsibilities:

Execute test protocols as per company requirements.
Complete all relevant test documentation.
Report any incidents, deviations, or failures identified during test execution.
Provide detailed reports on executed tests and their outcomes.
Offer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance testing efficiency.
Collaborate with customer validation teams during Factory Acceptance and on-site testing.
Oversee the maintenance and calibration of test equipment.
