The Test Technician will provide part of the Company’s Testing Services. Test Technician will be based at our Barnstaple site. This role does require being onsite x days a week. Remove which applicable The salary for this role is circa £31.5k, depending on experience.
What you’ll be doing
Use a wide range of test equipment including, Digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, insulation testers and spectrum analysers Ability to follow test specifications to test electrical cabinets, circuit boards and components and present results clearly on test documentation Report non-conformances using the company’s MRP system Fault diagnosis to component level Perform surveys on items returned from service and report findingsAbout our company At SEA, we develop and deliver advanced solutions to make our world safer, cleaner and more efficient. Qualification to NVQ Level 3 in a relevant discipline or experience of electronic testing of a wide range of electronic assemblies and systems in a manufacturing environment A good understanding of quality procedures Strong Interpersonal skills, including good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving are essential Strong computer skills Analytical and problem solving skillsJoin us and be part of something smaller - with 500 people in the UK and Canada - doing something bigger: protecting what matters.
