Test Technician

About The Role

Test Technician will be based at our Barnstaple site. This role does require being onsite x days a week. Remove which applicable
The salary for this role is circa £31.5k, depending on experience.

What you’ll be doing 

Use a wide range of test equipment including, Digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, insulation testers and spectrum analysers
Ability to follow test specifications to test electrical cabinets, circuit boards and components and present results clearly on test documentation
Report non-conformances using the company’s MRP system
Fault diagnosis to component level
Perform surveys on items returned from service and report findingsAbout our company

Qualification to NVQ Level 3 in a relevant discipline or experience of electronic testing of a wide range of electronic assemblies and systems in a manufacturing environment
A good understanding of quality procedures
Strong Interpersonal skills, including good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving are essential
Strong computer skills
