A well-established print and design company in Leatherhead is seeking a Fabric & Textile Supervisor to lead its embroidery and fabric printing operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Running and maintaining fabric and embroidery machinery

Overseeing embroidery, sewing, and direct-to-garment printing processes

Developing new textile products for commercial and internal use

Creating and delivering staff training programmes

Ensuring high standards in production, safety, and quality control

Supporting day-to-day team coordination and workflow management

Requirements:

Proven experience in embroidery/fabric printing

Strong knowledge of textile/apparel manufacturing

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills

Experience supervising or training staff is desirable
