Work flexibility:

Competitive and Clear Pay Rates:
Monday to Friday day shift : £36.17 per hour
Saturday day shift : £47.02per hour
Sunday day shift : £57.86 per hour
Monday to Friday night shift : £47.02 per hour
Saturday night shift : £47.02per hour
Sunday night shift : £57.86 per hour
Bank Holiday : £57.86 per hour
Responsbilities:
? Communicating with patients to address concerns, provide information about the surgical process, and obtain informed consent.
? Assisting in the preparation of operating rooms by ensuring all necessary equipment, instruments, and supplies are available and properly sterilized.
? Monitoring patients' vital signs, anesthesia administration, and physiological responses throughout the surgery.
? Providing post-operative education and support to patients and their families regarding wound care, medications, and discharge instructions.
? Advocating for patients' needs and concerns throughout the perioperative process and serving as their primary advocate in the operating room.
Requirements:
? NMC registration and PIN
? A minimum of 12 months post qualified work experience
? Strong clinical skills and meticulous attention to detail
? Effective teamwork and the ability to work independently
? Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
