As a Theatre Practitioner, you will be an integral part of the Theatre department, contributing to quality care across a range of services. Benefits: Competitive salary from £28,120 part time up to £33,500 full time per annum 30 part-time - 37.5 full-time hours per week Significant investment in your learning and development, from short courses to industry recognised qualifications in everything from clinical skills to leadership Flexible shift patterns to support your work-life balance Autonomy and support to make influential, necessary decisions Opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, lead a team, and deliver quality care Responsibilities: Ensure prompt completion of all work orders for Planned maintenance, Reactive response, Specialist sub-contract work orders, and remedial work orders Provide Routine and Specialised Engineering Maintenance and breakdown support to a specific hospital site Offer competent Technical, Health, Safety, and Environmental support & assistance as required and act as an exemplar of company policies and procedures Provide training, mentoring, and hands-on assistance to any additional Site-based Technicians or Engineering Assistants Provide Engineering support and advice to the Local Hospital managers as required Demonstrate a can-do culture based on exemplary engineering standards in an environment of open and honest integrity Help build and develop a strong team ethos Work at any of our clients hospitals within the cluster to cover for engineering absence or to supplement labour, attend meetings, or provide specialist advice or service to the site Requirements: Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration 12 Months experience in a theatre setting is desirable but not essential How to Apply: To apply for this position, please submit your CV.
