Location: Pevensey, West Sussex

Salary Package: £60,000(depending on experience).

NonStop Care is currently working with a therapeutic residential 3 bedded start-up home in Pevensey, West Sussex to find a Therapeutic Registered Manager who can start as soon as possible. They are a small, therapeutic home with room for maximum 3 children, under the age of 5-8 years old, infant school who have experienced severe trauma. This service will be specifically designed to support children with trauma, with a trauma informed approach and highly focused on therapeutic care.

Responsibilities

As an Therapeutic Registered Manager you will join a start-up home. To begin with, you will have to submit your registration with Ofsted and, register the home. You will work together with the Responsible Individual to start-up the home and go through the first Ofsted inspection. You will be responsible for hiring the residential staff and the House Manager, implement your ideas and create the best therapeutic residential home in Sussex and the country !
