This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinical professional looking for an interim management role where you can make an immediate impact. The position for 3 months at first, from October to January, with the potential for an extension if the permanent recruitment takes longer than expected.

You'll be responsible for overseeing a clinical team of 7, alongside volunteers, supporting high-quality service delivery, clinical practice, safeguarding and staff development.

Requirements - Interim Clinical Service Manager - Therapy manager

You'll ideally have

A Level 6 qualification in Counselling, Psychotherapy, Psychology or a related field
Registration/accreditation with a relevant professional body, such as BACP, UKCP, HCPC or BATT
Post-qualifying experience in counselling/psychotherapy with survivors of sexual and/or domestic abuse
Experience leading and managing a multidisciplinary clinical team
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, clinical risk management and trauma-informed practiceIf you're an experienced clinical professional and available for an interim opportunity from October, I'd be keen to hear from you.
