Job DescriptionA well established bank are seeking a Third Party & Resilience Manager in Birmingham.Responsibilities:Oversee adherence of third-party suppliers and outsource partners to management frameworks.Ensure critical third parties maintain resilience and optimum performance.Assist Head of Supplier Management & Resilience in business continuity and incident management.Provide regular reports to Head of Supplier Management & Resilience.Experience:Minimum 1 year in financial services, with experience in incident management and/or procurement/third-party management.Proficient in business continuity, incident management, and operational resilience.Familiarity with banking products and SaaS/Cloud environments.Skilled in process mapping.Qualifications & Personal Characteristics:Preferred membership in the Business Continuity Institute.Knowledge of the 3 lines of defence model.Strong organisational and planning abilities.Ability to manage/support incidents calmly across various issues.
