Third Party Risk & Vendor Management Officer

Join our client, an international bank working from their City of London office.
You will lead Third Party, Vendor Management and Procurement activities across their UK and European operations (London, Paris, Frankfurt & Milan).

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead end-to-end third-party management processes, including due diligence, risk assessment, and periodic reviews
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for third-party risk management
• Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective procurement
• Ensure regulatory compliance with UK (FCA PS21/3, PRA SS1/21, SS2/21) and EU (DORA) requirements
• Drive efficiency improvements through innovative technologies
• Manage performance reporting through KRIs and metrics for operational resilience

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience within banking
• Strong knowledge of UK banking regulations on Operational Resilience and Third-Party Risk Management
• Excellent negotiation and project management skills
• Strong communication abilities and customer focus
• Basic understanding of EU banking regulations beneficial
• CIPS membership advantageous

This position offers exposure to both "run the bank" and "change the bank" activities, reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Services.
