Responsibilities:
- Support the Ticketing Manager with day -to -day operations of booking platforms.
- Assist the Customer Service team with ticket -related queries and troubleshooting.
- Liaise with venues and agents on allocations, sales, discounts, and reporting.
- Set up, monitor, and report on live and online events using internal systems.
- Maintain accurate sales data and customer information to support wider marketing and reporting activity.
Experience and skills that will deliver success in this role: You’ll be someone who thrives in a fast -paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering excellent audience experiences through smooth ticketing operations.
Essential:
- Some experience in a box office or ticketing operations role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Sharp attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple priorities.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and third -party platforms.
- Experience liaising directly with venues and agents.
- Awareness of GDPR and data protection principles.

What’s on offer:
- Salary: £27 -30k DOE
- Working pattern: Hybrid, at least 3 days in London office.
