Pay: To £17.00 per hour

Hours: Day or Night Shift (night shift benefits from an additional £21 per shift)

Our client is a leading precision engineering and fabrication business. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit Experienced TIG Welders to join their skilled production team in Nottingham. These roles are suited to welders who take pride in producing exceptional, high‑quality work.

The Role

As an Experienced TIG Welder, you will produce high‑quality fabricated components to customer specifications, ensuring all work meets strict quality and cosmetic standards.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as a TIG Welder in engineering or manufacturing

* Strong ability to weld stainless steel and mild steel

* Aluminium TIG welding experience – highly desirable

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

* Confident producing cosmetic and structural welds

* Excellent attention to detail and ability to self‑inspect

* Able to work independently with minimal supervision

* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
