Tig Welder

Opus Vitae are recruiting for an experienced TIG welder on days to join a fantastic client based in Nottingham. Day and Night shifts available

Day shift- £31,200.00-£35,360.00 per year

40 hours a week

Night Shift- £36,660 - £40,820 per year

10pm - 6am

Produce high-quality cosmetic and structural TIG welds on precision-fabricated components, working accurately to customer specifications and engineering drawings.

What you will do

* TIG weld stainless steel and mild-steel components to a consistently high standard.

* Interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications.

* Produce both cosmetic and structural welds.

* Inspect completed work and maintain required quality standards.

* Work accurately with minimal supervision.

Essential experience and skills

* Proven TIG-welding experience in manufacturing or engineering.

* Confidence welding stainless steel and mild steel.

* Ability to read engineering drawings.

* Excellent attention to detail, dependable work ethic and ability to work independently
