We are looking for an experienced TIG welder to join an established manufacturing company in Dudley

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality welds. We are interested in speaking with welders from a range of manufacturing and fabrication backgrounds.

The role -

You will be responsible for -

* Carrying out TIG welding on manufactured components

* Preparing and positioning materials before welding

* Working to drawings, specifications or production instructions

* Checking finished welds for quality and accuracy

* Keeping your equipment and work area safe and organised

* Working with the production team to complete work to the required standard

About you -

We are particularly interested in speaking with people who have -

* Practical TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment

* A consistent standard of workmanship and attention to detail

* The ability to work from engineering drawings or clear specifications

* Confidence working independently and as part of a team

* A reliable approach to quality and safety

Experience welding stainless steel, mild steel or aluminium may be relevant. Please tell us which materials and types of components you have worked with. MIG or fabrication experience would be useful, but is not essential.

Hours and pay -

The rate is £16–£18 per hour, depending on experience.
