The Role

As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds on thin gauge stainless steel products, ensuring all work is completed to exacting quality standards.

Key Duties:

TIG welding stainless steel components to a high standard
Working with fine gauge materials ranging from 0.8mm to 1.2mm
Welding using jigs and fixtures
Maintaining excellent quality and accuracy throughout production
Following engineering drawings and work instructions
Adhering to all health & safety procedures and company policiesWhat We're Looking For

Previous TIG welding experience is essential
Experience working with thin gauge stainless steel materials
Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping
Comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment
Own transport preferred due to shift patternsAll successful candidates will be required to pass a practical weld test prior to starting.

Working Hours

Rotating Morning & Afternoon Shift Pattern

Week 1

Monday to Thursday: 06:00am - 2:00pm
Friday: 06:00am - 11:00amWeek 2

Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Friday: 11:00am - 4:00pmBenefits
