Till/Cashier Manager - Luxury Fashion Brand

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and experienced Till Manager to join a luxury fashion brand in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee till operations, customer queries, and till security

• Manage cash handling, investigate discrepancies, and report daily sales

• Train and support cashiers to ensure smooth operations

• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle client complaints

• Upload prices, prepare POS materials, and report client feedback

Profile:

• 3+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally in high-volume retail

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

• Detail-oriented with solid numerical and IT skills

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Please be aware working days for this role will be Tuesday- Friday and requires someone who is happy working in a fast paced enviroment.
