We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established timber manufacturing business in the Cradley Heath area for Experienced 4 Sided Moulder Operator positions. Due to continued growth, our client is looking to add two skilled individuals to their production team. As an Experienced 4 Sided Moulder Operator, you will play a key role in the production process, working with a variety of timber products and ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout manufacture.
Key responsibilities include:

Setting up and operating 4 sided moulding machinery
Working with a range of softwood and hardwood timber species
Reading and working to production specifications and quality standards
Carrying out routine machine checks and maintaining a safe working area
Collaborating with the in-house toolroom and wider production team
Ensuring finished products meet customer requirements and quality expectationsTo be successful in this Experienced 4 Sided Moulder Operator role, you should have:

Previous experience operating 4 sided moulders within a timber manufacturing environment
Knowledge of different timber species, including both hardwoods and softwoods
A strong eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skillsPlease note that this position is specifically focused on multi-head, 4 sided moulding machinery. Applicants with only single-head moulder experience may not be suitable for this role.
