About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Single Corporate Services as Tissue Viability Clinical Nurse Specialist.
This role is a designated site‑based post at Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust (PHU), while forming part of a wider Single Corporate Service that delivers Tissue Viability support across Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust and Isle of Wight NHS Trust. Occasional travel between sites may be required in line with service needs.
As a Tissue Viability Nurse, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, and production of care plans for patients with complex wound problems, education of staff, contribute to/production of policy, and provision of guidance to the Trust on all aspects of the specialty including pressure ulcer prevention.
