Title Checker Wanted - Conveyancing Law Firm

I’m currently working with a respected UK-based conveyancing law firm that is looking to add an experienced Title Checker to their team.

If you're detail-oriented, confident reviewing titles, and have a solid background in residential or commercial property law, this could be a great fit.

Role Highlights:

• Review and report on title documents (freehold, leasehold, unregistered titles, etc.)

• Spot and resolve defects, restrictions, covenants, and easements

• Liaise with solicitors, fee earners, and lenders

• Ensure compliance with CQS and lender requirements

What they’re looking for:

• 2+ years’ experience in conveyancing

• Strong working knowledge of UK property law

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

• Title-checking experience is a strong advantage

• Experience with leasehold, new build, or shared ownership is a bonus

Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience
Hours: Full-time
