As we continue to grow, we are seeking experienced Sales Team Leaders to join our dynamic organisation. This is a unique opportunity to manage and lead one of our field sales teams, driving them towards remarkable success. Your main responsibilities as a Team Leader – Branch Manager in Training:

• Drive the achievement of monthly team sales targets through effective leadership and strategic planning.
• Visit warm Leads and create new self-generated sales opportunities through referral generation
• Implement and promote the Verisure culture within the team, fostering a positive and results-driven work environment.
• Take a proactive approach in the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent, aligning with organisational growth objectives.
• Accountable to achieve both individual and team sales targets and develop strategies that optimise team performance and drive sales growth.
• Organise field training with your team members regarding our sales method
• Motivate, train, and support the salesforce, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
• Administrative tasks of small office & stock control.

We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our organisation as a Team Leader - Branch Manager in Training. As the pre-step to become a P&L Owner, this role plays a pivotal part in achieving business growth and transformation. The individual will manage teams consisting of Newbies, Junior, Veteran and TLs and will provide guidance and support for their professional development and optimising their performance.
