What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 in Early Years (or equivalent qualification)

• Proven experience as a nursery practitioner, with leadership experience preferred

• Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive and inclusive culture

• Strong knowledge of child development and early years best practices

• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the toddler room, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment.

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support each child’s development.

• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive community.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to nursery practitioners, encouraging professional growth and well-being.

• Maintain accurate records and assessments of children’s progress, sharing insights with parents and the wider team.
