ANNUAL SALARY £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

Day-to-Day Duties

• Manufacture, assemble, and repair press tools and fixtures in line with technical specifications
• Operate milling machines, lathes, grinders, and other relevant machine tools
• Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings
• Perform routine maintenance on tooling and equipment
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in accordance with company policies

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 2 year's experience in a contract tool room or similar environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Skilled in operating manual machining tools (mills, lathes, grinders)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable Skills

• Experience in progression tooling (advantageous but not essential)

Training

• Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
