Vacancy: Toolmaker / CNC Machinist

Hours: Mon-Fri dayshift

Overview
Due to significant growth and increased order volume from multiple blue chip aerospace customers, GPS Recruitment are recruiting for a high calibre Senior Toolmaker/CNC Machinist with strong programming and precision engineering experience.

Key Requirements
• Proven background in toolmaking, precision machining, or aerospace fixtures
• Strong CNC machining skills with Fanuc control programming (essential)
• Experience with Fusion 360 (CAM/model manipulation)
• EZCAM Mill Pro experience beneficial — training provided
• Ability to work to tight tolerances and produce right first time quality
• Comfortable working independently and solving technical problems
• Experience with EDM tooling or electrode holders is advantageous

Role Responsibilities
• Manufacture high accuracy fixtures, electrode holders, and precision tooling
• Program and set CNC machines using Fanuc controls
• Fusion 360 for model edits, and machining strategies
• Maintain quality standards for aerospace customers
• Support continuous improvement and efficient workflow
