Toolmaker/Mechanical Craft Engineer

An opportunity has arisen within this leading UK manufacturing company for a Mechanical Craft Engineer with a toolmaking/manual machining background to join it growing team at its site in Coventry.

THE ROLE

Based in Coventry, our client is looking for a Mechanical Craft Engineer/Toolmaker who is looking for an excellent position in its engineering team.

Responsibilities Include:

* Full craft engineering role

* Manual Machining

* Provide tooling support to the team

* Bench Fitting

* Toolmaking and Tool Maintenance

THE PERSON

In order to be considered for the Mechanical Craft Engineer role you will need to have a manual machining or toolmaking background with bench fitting skills, ideally with a mechanical/tooling qualification. You will be motivated by learning and developing a career in mechanical engineer as well as continually improving your skills. Experience as a toolmaker or machinist etc within any manufacturing, engineering or production environment will be ideal.

* £38,000-£42,000 Basic
