Topographical Surveyor

If setting out feels just as satisfying as a perfectly clean topo — and you like seeing your work turn into something real on site — this one’s for you.

At Lucion Survey, we’re looking for a Topographical Land Surveyor to support projects around Coventry, delivering accurate surveys, setting-out, and site engineering work that teams can rely on first time (and every time after that). We value people who care about accuracy, communicate clearly on site, and take genuine pride in doing things properly.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Carrying out topographical surveys and site engineering / setting-out works

* Using total stations, GNSS, and associated survey equipment

* Providing accurate control, levels, and site data to construction teams

* Producing clear survey outputs and as-built information

* Working closely with site managers, contractors, and project teams

* Keeping safety, quality, and accuracy front and centre at all times

What We’re Hoping You’ll Bring

* Experience as a Topographical Land Surveyor or Site Engineer with strong surveying skills

* Confidence using GPS/GNSS and total station equipment

* Solid understanding of setting-out and construction tolerances

* A sharp eye for detail (and the confidence to flag issues early)

* Full UK driving licence

* CSCS card (essential)

The Perks (Because Details Matter Here Too)

We look after our people just as well as our projects. When you join Lucion Survey, you can expect:

* Techscheme – vouchers towards tech or homeware (new tech or new sofa? entirely up to you)

* Healthcare Cash Plan – help with everyday healthcare costs

* Enhanced family leave – because life doesn’t stop at the site gate

* Option to buy extra holiday – more time for rest, travel, or doing absolutely nothing

* Training & development – keep your skills sharp and your career moving

* A supportive team, well-organised projects, and managers who understand what good site engineering looks like

Why Join Us?

Because accuracy matters — and it’s recognised here.

Because your work will be trusted and built on.

And because you want to work somewhere that puts people first, without compromising on quality.

If this sounds like your kind of role, we’d love to hear from you.
