Tour Administrator

We're looking for a Tour Administrator to package History and Sports Tours for Educational Visits

? Tour operating support to TCs from New Enquiry through to Post-Tour stages for school groups as directed.
? General support to tour coordinators as directed by Managers.
? Organise Consultation Visits and presentations and liaising with the guide team.
? Using a bespoke IT system as well as standard Microsoft applications to administer the operation of the tour.
? Liaising with suppliers in UK and overseas to confirm services and finalise details.
? Data entry and data cleansing on an in-house tour management system.
? Assisting with credit control.
? Awareness of the Company's Safety Management System.
? Assist in identifying improvements to work organisation and procedures etc.
? Providing a range of administrative support as required which may include GDPR, H&S and office facilities
? General office duties.
? Occasional travel in the UK and abroad to learn more about our products at first hand
