Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of Tour Leaders across Europe, ensuring every tour is executed flawlessly.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Tour Leader or Tour Manager in Europe
✅ Deep knowledge of tour operations and a strong understanding of guest expectations
✅ Proven leadership experience—able to guide, motivate, and elevate team performance
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ A strategic, solution-oriented mindset with a knack for process improvement
✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
